7 days to report damaged, defective, missing or wrong items

Due to an oversized item(s), your order will be shipped via a freight carrier.

to schedule the delivery appointment.
Please note, once the item is shipped it is the
consignee's responsibility to inspect the shipment before signing for receipt of it.
By providing a signature on the delivery paperwork
you are signing that you have received the shipment complete and in good condition.
We recommend that all of our valued customers thoroughly inspect shipments at the time of delivery:
Any abnormalities, shortages, or damages to outside packaging
must be noted on the delivery receipt

If the entire shipment looks damaged or wrong, you may refuse delivery.
If the driver is not willing to wait, please write
"DRIVER REFUSED INSPECTION"
when signing the delivery receipt.
Freight item deliveries are to the 'curbside' only.
This means that the carrier will deliver your order to the curb only. You will be responsible for moving your oversized items(s) into your home or business.
